Ive lost all coins, gems and collections .TWICE I lost millions!

This is the second time that Ive lost all coins and gems , first time the game crashed when I had over 350 million coins and close to 550 gems. When i restarted the game and my iPad all coins and gems was gone .

Second time after I spent the months recollecting coins,(650 million , 754 gems and lot of collections) it all disappeared after I updated my iOS on iPad.

Ive contacted support but no response or help from them. I love this game but I cant and wont keep playing and spending real money to unlock all the slot machines only to lose it all and receive no response or help getting my coins, gems and collections back when your game obviously has some errors that is costing players to lose it all and, its not only me it has happened to.

Read the reviews beforehand,I did read them but the errors started after I downloaded the game and had been playing it While.

Because I did spend real money unlocking machines I will be contacting Apple and anyone else I can to get a refund . I hope they fix the errors and make it right with all the players that have experienced the errors and crashes.
