Horrible customer service, dont return emails, app gone to hell

I upgraded iPads from iPad2 to an iPad Air. I reopened the app and all of my 914 million coins and about 4000 gems just disappeared. I emailed for help weeks ago....and nothing...no response! I dont know if they just cant read English or they just dont care. Either way, its a freakin problem.
I will never recommend this app. If you cant provide support to your players, you shouldnt have an app. This is not the first time my questions or concerns have gone ignored. Most horrible app and support out there! Do yourself a favor, dont bother downloading, there are much better games out there.
